I began this series in March 2014 to tell my story about paying off my student loan debt of over $44,000 between my undergrad and graduate studies. Over the years I have learned important lessons about the cost of higher education and student loans that I wished someone had educated me about when I was a 18-year-old college freshman.

This series aims to tell my student loan debt story, my trials and errors of paying off my debt, things every college freshman should know, and anything else related to financing the college education in the United States.

I hope you enjoy and if you have any advice and would like to contribute your story please contact me!
